I feel at ease and confident leaving my mischievous 20 month old dog Buddy with Shelby. Buddy always gets many compliments on his haircut and grooming when he has visited with her. Shelby does an amazing job. Would not trust anyone else with grooming Buddy.

I have been searching high and low for the past year for a groomer that I could truly trust with my very delicate puppy who seems to find sickness and injury everywhere he goes. I needed somebody who was going to be gentle and patient but still do a really good job, and I’ve tried several places who are all very kind, but just could not give him a thorough enough groom, especially on the paws without traumatizing him. Shelby is an absolute game changer. She took her time. Did a fantastic job and is the only Groomer Milo has ever let thoroughly groom in between his paw pads. He looks fantastic and calm and happy, and even though he had two wounds on his paws, she was able to do a thorough job without causing him any more pain or trauma. Shelby is the most caring and genuine person you will ever meet! She has a special way about her that made my dogs feel welcomed and very comfortable as if they were being groomed by a family member. For this being our first time getting groomed at Positive Manners, this is by far the BEST experience we have ever had. Shelby is amazing, took in my 10 month old frenchie and took care of him as her own! Smelt and looked amazing within the time range she told me! Highly recommended! Keep up the good work!

I am a little bit biased since Shelby is my daughter...but she is remarkable in her ability to capture Kachina’s personality in every groom! And of course, she had Kachina trained to auto sit at 7 weeks old!
