Stopped by today with the family and had such a fun and interactive experience. I have 5 kids so you can imagine how they just wanted to see everything in the shop. Little did we know we were going to get an up close and memorable experience. Everyone who works here has a PASSION for these reptiles and loves showing them off to people and kids… this was like a VIP field trip! We were greeted by Megan who is such a natural with these bugs and insects. She pulled out hissing cockroaches, the “vinegaroon” scorpion , millipede , and a gargoyle gecko! She was so knowledgeable, kind, and my kids said the coolest girl ever! After we got to talk with “Stephen Seth” who was very friendly and had a corky personality while at the register. Great pet and pet supply store! Very knowledgeable staff have helped me with several of my little friends, some of which are very unusual. Live feeders as well 👍🏼

Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few questions regarding my bearded dragon and the staff was super helpful. The animals looked well maintained and cared for. All enclosures were clean and had adequate food and water. We got to hold one of the small beardies and it too was clean and well cared for. The person who let us hold the beardy was really nice and protective of the beardy. Overall, the prices were competitive with other reptile supply shops as well. Great job guys! Great shopping experience here. We bought a baby chameleon about a month ago, we love it. Healthy and energetic little guy. Customer service is great, the guys behind the counter seem to know what they are doing. Prices are very descent. The go to place for crickets, worms , feeders. All are healthy. Beautiful and exotic reptiles , Highly recommend this place to all.

Great reptile feeders for agreat price! However, my husband held a bearded dragon there and 2.5 weeks later we noticed mites on our 4 year old beardie at home. Thought it was coincidence and didnt want to believe it was from my favorite reptile shop. We treated her and our whole collection even though it was just on her and then 1 week later we noticed it on our other snake (i know they move fast and once you have them its a pain). Ive had my reptiles over 7 years and never once had a mite issue. Then we bought a baby corn snake from here and liw behold the day we brought it home still in the cup there was a mite on it's head. We are now retreating our other snakes as preventative plus this new one. Not the worst thing but definitely costly and time consuming..... very bummed though. Pleas
