Briarcliff Pet Resort

Recently I boarded my rescue pittie at Briarcliff. I have had my girl for 1 1/2 years and she has always been extremely attached to me as she was kept in a crate and used as a breeding dog for 4 years before I adopted her. If I have to go out of town, I usually have a friend housesitting her to make things easier for her. Due to the Christmas holiday, my friend couldn’t do it so I scheduled her at Briarcliff where my last dog use to board (about 5 years ago). I was very anxious about leaving her but I was reassured that she would be well looked after. Well, everyday I received pictures of her during her Pet N Play time or her walk- my grandchildren loved seeing the pictures of Grandma’s dog and when I came to pick her up after my trip, she walked to the car like ,”Hey…that place was cool

We recently boarded our cat here, and the experience was extremely troubling. A few days after drop-off, we received a photo showing blood in her cat condo. I was asked what to do and I thought maybe she lost or cracked a nail from scratching and that it would stop bleeding however… The next morning, even more blood… Despite informing staff at the time of booking that we would be out of the country, we were told we needed to pick her up “immediately.” From Spain, we had to scramble to arrange for someone else to collect her because she continued bleeding. The staff said they weren’t able to locate where the bleeding was coming from because my cat “wouldn’t let them look.” Thankfully my father in law was able to pick her up and take her to our vet. Just had a phone call with Dave. I can tell he's honest and experienced, clearly really loves what he does as well. His prices are more than reasonable, and just seems like an all around great person who cares about what's best for the dog and of course what works with him. I already feel confident mouse will do well. I'll update once we've started training!

Best handling class in So CA. Great training facility with knowledgeable accomplished dog savvy instruction. Showed trained my last pup here, debuted him and finished him in three weekends. In the summer I take my dogs here to swim and keep them in condition. My dogs love this place and the wonderful people who work here.

Briarcliff Pet Resort is by far the best boarding option in all of the Inland Empire. I have brought my dogs here for many years now and have nothing but good things to say about this incredible pet resort (it really is a pet resort). One thing that stands out is how clean their facility is. The manager there Juliet, one of the kindest people you'll ever meet, maintains high standards for keeping the resort clean, safe and orderly. Dave who does the training there is also a true professional at his craft. I did his training program with my super high-energy GSD and he taught me control and training techniques that were an absolute game changer.
