Paws on the Duck

This place is amazing all the way around! The grounds are beautiful, just off the Duck River, the staff are genuine and really love the fur babies. Any review on here that are negative are from disgruntled ex employees. I’ve never seen such a wonderful team as the one they have! Great groomers, great kennel techs and great office staff/owners! Get your pets groomed, have them stay at the lodge, or get them in play care! You won’t be disappointed!!

I do appreciate that they were able to accommodate our kitten while we were abroad. I would like more contact about him and how he was adjusting but we definitely would like to utilize their facility again. They did connect us to the vet which is now our vet and that I really appreciate alot. Regarding communication, we were not able to do phone calls and that's on us but I would of liked more pictures and emails. (It's not a critic just a suggestion for next time) ❤️ They did communicate after I caused confusion regarding his name so I don't want to make it sound like they did not communicate.

We had both of our miniature goldendoodle puppies groomed for the first time yesterday. We are , very pleased. The groomer was excellent and so very kind. We will be back.

Great staff, amazing facilities, worth every cent. My oldest dog is a rescue and has a lot of anxiety meeting new people and getting used to new places; they took excellent care of my dogs. Your go-to place.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We get our dog bathed here and they do such a good job!
