The owner here is very rude! I will NEVER be back. They wouldnt even let me speak to the lady who was supposed to groom my dog that day. And had me sit out in the parking lot with my dog for over an hour and I still never got a call or got to speak with my groomer. The owner/manager has no professionalism

I took my dog ​​for the first time because unfortunately the place I take him was always busy that day and it was my worst mistake taking him to this place. I complained because they didn't cut my dog's nails and the answer was YES WE CUT THEM to which I replied which I think no that they needed to cut them more to which they replied if we cut more his nails will bleed, (which seems absurd to me because the nails were so long that they scratched my entire arm) and I asked again I need them cut and the incredible response from the salon manager was YES WE ARE GOING TO CUT SO YOUR DOG BLEED... you will forgive me but what a SHITTY attitude. if you don't know how to deal with customers DO NOT SERVE THE PUBLIC it's that simple and to finish the cut was HORRIBLE... what a crappy salon its reall

I have boarded my girl Lucille there for about 2 years now. They are an amazing staff. She has arthritis and sometimes has trouble getting around . They treat her so well. I love the open area she has to run and play in when she feels good! They are all very kind, caring and animal loving people! Jessica is the owner and she is amazing. I have just called and book several weeks boarding with them. Holidays fill up fast for boarding so be sure to get your reservations in early. I absolutely trust them with my girl!! I am a worry wort momma and have an unusual schedule of feeding time. They accommodate me fully!! Look no further for a boarding and grooming facility. They have given my baby girl several baths as well. I also love how on the holidays they take and post pictures of their babies

Not the place for dog daycare. We went back in 2020 and our dog loved it. It was very convenient to get him socialized and energy out as he is a red heeler mix. After moving back to Columbia, I knew I wanted to get him set up again. I know the staff and dogs aren’t the same from five years ago, but it was very unprofessional the manner they did a “evaluation.” I was told to drop him off between 10:30-2:30, got there a little after 11:20AM. Red heelers are loyal dogs, so naturally, he is going to want to be with us when entering a new space. I thought I would be dropping him off, leaving and coming back to give him a real shot at getting acclimated. No. I was told to not leave until the evaluation was done, which was fine! But they introduced the other dogs there in the small entry way and

This was our dog's first grooming experience. She was so soft and smelled so good. She came out wearing a pretty green scarf around her necklace. The staff is friendly and they do good work. You bring your pet and drop them off. They call you when they are ready for pickup.
