My Lucy girl went in looking like a dirty RAG and came out looking extremely gorgeous. My heart melts knowing that I have found my forever groomer! Lucy even gave a head tilt in agreement. Go ahead. Daisy is absolutely wonderful! Teddy has been seeing her for a couple years now. He used to have trust issues from previous groomers. Because of Daisy he’s learned to trust again and enjoys his time with her. I love the one on one attention he receives. She communicates quickly and is always friendly!

We will absolutely be returning for my boy Fenrir’s next grooming! This was his first grooming and not only does he look SO handsome but seemed to really trust the groomer. I was assured he would be taken very good care of to ease him into the process and got lots of attention because he’s a very needy little guy. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! And the adorable bandana ☺️

This Groomer reported Animal Abuse and a Reporter did minimal work and inadvertently used Paws here 2’s address as the Abuser and not the Animals advocate. She is a staunch Animal supporter and should be both Supported for her courage to do that in a small community and the community should be blessing her with business!!! If there were 10 STARS she should get them!!!!!

I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience at this establishment. During a visit, a staff member (not the manager) displayed an unprofessional demeanor when addressing a woman and her child, who was speaking in a normal tone. The individual claimed the child was 'distracting the dog' and requested silence in a manner that was quite off-putting. This interaction led the woman to cut her visit short and reschedule online; however, since then the woman has discovered that her return is no longer permitted. As a supporter of local businesses, I am disheartened by this lack of customer service and hope the team member has better training on interpersonal communication for the future." Pleae do better.
