I would love to give A Hope a 5 star review but I am leaving 4 stars due to how I was treated. My kitten is doing well and the vet did a great job. However, there was a particular staff member that was not very kind to me. She first gave me a hard time at drop off about providing a surgery suit for my kitten. However, the lady on the phone when I scheduled the appointment had no issues with me bringing the surgery suit. I had clarified with this specific staff member if I needed to come back through this same line when I come to pick up my kitten between 4 and 5 and she said yes. When I arrived to pick up my kitten I was parked at the front of the line and waiting. This same staff member came out and asked me if I was picking up a dog. I told her no, I am picking up my kitten. She told me

One of the absolute best rescues I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, unbelievably hardworking, and super passionate, as is her team of pure volunteers. My amazing cat would not be alive today without her care. He was found on a hoarder property and was extremely sick and dying at 4 weeks old. Brandi spent every waking moment keeping him alive ( came close to losing him several times ) and getting him healthy. I followed his story and knew he belonged with us. He is the coolest cat, a truly sweet soul and our lives have only improved because of him. I wish I could give A Hope (snip happens) ten stars because they deserve it! This is what our community really needs. I brought my feral yard cat "Stranger" to this facility, and they were great! They took very good care of him while he was there in their care. This, by far, is the best opportunity for people like me and others who can not afford to have a pet, indoors or otherwise, to get neutered or spayed. I would like to thank them for caring for Stranger and others in the community. With an opportunity like this, we can start to stop the overpopulation of cats and kittens being dumped and born on the streets because people simply can not afford it without a program like this. A Hollywood is one of the finest veterinarians office I have ever taken my little boy dog too.They are very professional and kind, knowledgeable,caring, and helpful in every way if you want to veterinarians office that will take care of all your pet's needs this is the place to go I am soo happy to have found this place trust me they are unbelievable family oriented organization that are going to get all my business from this day forward thank you A Hope for being so caring with my little baby boy.

Yall have to be the worst place to bring a pet! First time my grandma brings her cat yall made the mistake of letting him lose along other cats in the clinic, yall are under prepared and now you didn’t check the cage properly and lost her cat! Yall need to go out of business!
