Pampered Pooch

Very mean owners. Groom was awful. N ear cleaning no nail trimming. Awful groom. Paid full price for nothing. Git defensive when I asked to show a picture of what I waned . Then used the word complaining to me 3 times. Extremely rude. Mean, intimidating atmosphere. Don't go there

My puppy dog absolutely loves coming to Pampered Pooch. It's the first place I've ever found where they treat my animal as well as I do. My baby almost drags me in the door every time. Their pricing is competitive, they are very professional, and very prompt. I hope I never have to take her anywhere else.

Tried this groomer on the recommendation of a friend and absalutly loved her. She was great with my dog (who also loved her) a d was the first groomer to actually listen to what I wanted. He came back looking exactly as I envisioned. He was all happy and prancy after words too lol. Will definitely be going back repeatedly.

This place is the best! I was tired of questionable cleanliness, appointments that took 4 hours, and calls trying to change my appointment times at the last minute, so we brought our Havapoo to Pampered Pooch. On time every time. He’s groomed in an hour, we pick him back up, and he’s beautifully groomed and happy. Highly recommend! Note: they are a cash only establishment so plan accordingly.

So pleased with the pampering my pooch received today! It had been over a year since my dog had any kind of haircut and they took care of him with a smile. I didn’t even recognize my dog he looked so handsome and cleaned up. The owners were professional, friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and we will be back!! Thank you!
