had a great experience bringing my dog in for grooming! They did an amazing job — he came back super clean, smelling fresh, with his nails nicely trimmed and his ears perfectly cleaned. You can really tell they took their time and cared about his comfort. He seemed relaxed and happy when I picked him up, which means everything to me. The staff was friendly, professional, and treated him like their own. I’ll definitely be bringing him back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable groomer!

I Took my standard poodle here today for the first time, and I was truly impressed by Brandi’s knowledge not just on grooming but the emotional and psychological aspects of it. She did an incredible job getting him acclimated and comfortable with her and his hair cut was phenomenal! Already looking forward to next months appointment!

The staff is super friendly and kind and did a fantastic job with my corgi. I have been through numerous groomers that kept leaving my floofer prickly (they have dense coats) but Chase-n-Tails groomed him perfectly! Cleaned up but still soft and cuddly.

I took my Husky a few weeks ago. The person who bathed the dogs was out. The groomer was there, and she did such a great job on my husky!! Not only did she bathe, de-shed, and blew out his undercoat. She also brushed him!! He still looks great! The groomer did such a great job on my husky, I took my Yorkie Saturday. Both my furbabies love her!! I did, too. It was nice she greeted my furbabies before me. ❤️ Shows me she genuinely cares. She answered all my questions and explained what she was going to do. I HIGHLY recommend CHASE N TAILS!! I am bad with remembering names, so I do not remember the lady who helped us, but I do want to thank her!! My furbabies are pretty and happy!! Thank you, Ms. Groomer!! We will definitely be back!!
