We had such a great experience at Pauley’s Pups. We just went to “look” and ended up taking home our most handsome, cuddly and energetic little boy, Winston! He is perfect and made the greatest addition to our family. The greatest Christmas present we ever received! He will be spoiled forever! My husband and I went to Pauley’s Pup today looking for a new furbaby to love. We had the opportunity to meet many pups today and what a great experience we had. After losing our Yorkie 6 months ago this was a huge step for me. The office manager was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable of everything and more. We chose our puppy today and we fell in love instantly. A huge thank you to the staff for all of their help in making our experience memorable! We highly recommend them!

My "tiny" female yorkie is 8 months now and is 13lbs. Responding to your response pauley pup. Yes, I’m fully aware of what the contract states. I also spoke with a woman the first day i came who said she has been doing this for a long time. When I asked how they determine whether a Yorkie will be “tiny,” she explained that they go by the paws and snout and that's how they know they will be small (her wording, not mine). As I was explaining I want one that'll stay small. Either way, she is loved. My concern is simply that other people who believe they are getting a “tiny” pup especially since not all of the puppy photos are labeled as tiny may think the ones labeled tiny will be on the smaller side full grown. I want to share this from a place of deep emotion and truth. I previously had a Shih Tzu and a Maltese. The Maltese was given away as a gift, but my Shih Tzu was my baby. I had her for 12 years, and she was my best friend—my everything. I bought her when she was a puppy, and back then she was $500. I had no idea at the time that she would become such a huge part of my heart and my life. She was born with a heart murmur, later developed diabetes, eventually went blind, and through every stage of her illness I stayed by her side. We purchased a Cavapoo today. Came from Newport News to see the pups. Highly recommend. Was very helpful and kind. LOVE our new baby. Told me all the information I wanted to know about the puppy I was looking at. Again, Highly recommend 👌
