Ashland Veterinary Hospital

This is the best vet clinic around. We've lived in the area for about 15 years and have tried a lot of the local clinics around the Ladysmith area and about 10 or so years ago we tried the Asland Veterinary Hospital and have been customers ever since. The staff has alwas been a complete joy and the veterinary doctors are all great as well, you can tell they all really care about your pets and are super friendly. I also don't feel like they try and get you to sign up for services you don't really need which I appreciate. I highly recommend this establishment and your pets are in great hands here!

Small location and they make you feel welcome and know your name. All the Docs are great and explain things well. Pricing seem on par with other vets. They've been in business for decades so you know they're legit. Our dog loves it there, no anxiety, she gets lots of love and some treats. Highly recommend!!

I took my cat here to get her a check up and updated vaccines and my experience was amazing!! I will definitely be making this my primary veterinary clinic for Kiki (my lovely cat). The vet was so nice, as well as the tech and employees at the front desk. They answered all of my questions and gave me some great advice on how to make sure my cat stays in good health and also sheds a few pounds (she’s chunky). It was a very comfortable experience for both me and Miss Kiki! Updating my review in 2024 to say that this place is still 5 star, I’d give them 6 if I could. Every single employee is so kind, they always take such good care of my kitty!! They got me the medicine that she needed ASAP, helped me with a rebate so that it was less costly, and answered every single one of my questions wit

We had a great experience with our Sphynx cat, who was having some urinary tract infection (UTI) problems. The service was excellent. Special thanks to Stefanie at the reception, as well as all the doctors and assistants. We appreciate the effort in translating the prescriptions to Russian and for accommodating us earlier than our scheduled appointment. Thank you

Amazing staff and service. My dog had a severe ear infection and his normal vet did not have any availability for over 2 weeks. I called Ashland and they saw him promptly. From the receptionists to the technicians to the Dr., everyone was extremely pleasant and kind. I will never forget the care that was taken. I could not recommend this hospital enough…both my fur baby and I are incredibly grateful.
