Thank you for spaying my cat and taking amazing care of her. Everyone at the clinic was kind and friendly and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand for those of us who aren’t experts on veterinary care. They answered all of our questions and provided a reference sheet for her after surgery care. Our kitty recovered very quickly from her surgery with no complications. They gave her a long-acting pain relief shot and antibiotic shot so she never had any pain. My cat was feral and they were kind and gentle with her — they are extremely knowledgeable about feral cats here and are big advocates for TNR. They do wonderful work for the feral kitties in our community, getting them fixed, ear-tipped, and vaccinated. Thank you for everything, Kincheloe South!

Our rescue Cat Adoption and Rescue Efforts regularly takes our cats and kittens to Kincheloe South and we always recommend this clinic. They are compassionate and do a great job with our cats. Everyone at this clinic works hard to provide low cost spay and neuter services for everyone. This is a very tough job as they alter a lot of pets during the day. We have witnessed many people yelling at the staff and not acting grateful that they provide a vital service that saves lives and helps control the animal population that is out of control right now.

My foster puppies get their spay or neuter surgery done here often and they are amazing. The dogs always have a quick recovery and the surgical site looks great! The staff is friendly and I appreciate them always working to fit us in. Would highly recommend!

The manager, Amber, was incredibly rude. This was my first visit, and I asked for direction as to what I needed to do for drop off and she was absolutely nasty in return. The facility would do well to have better oversight from ownership. (I did submit an email complaint as well - no clue if it ever made it to the owner or not, but based on colleagues experiences since I’d say that it was likely hidden from the owner.)
