Patricia accepted an appointment for my extremely old rescue cat without hesitation. The cat, Checkers, an 18yo tuxedo medium hair lady, had been left to her own devices for several years as my parents' health declined. She had inch-thick, felt-like mats as big as kitchen sponges on her hips, and acorn sized nuggets of matted fur from her shoulders down. Patricia and her lovely assistant went into the challenge with all the care and gentleness needed for this elderly cat, and she came out of the process so much better. A few weeks later and she is a totally different cat. Jumping around and acting like a teenager some of the time (she does get tired).

My precious 12 yr old Reggie had a neurological event last summer which left him with anxiety and some physical challenges. His last groomer refused to continue working with him even though I bent over backwards for him. His comfort and hygiene are so important to me. We went to Patricia this week. Patricia and her husband loved Reggie through the process until he was able to relax. He came away quickly clean, well-cut, and with nicely trimmed nails. I am so grateful to find someone who truly cares and knows how to work with older dogs. Reggie slept all day, loved and comfortable.

I like places that are honest and care more about the pet’s well-being than grabbing a paycheck. Patricia’s process includes meeting the dog first so you know if they are a candidate to be groomed or not. We unfortunately couldn’t get groomed but it was no fault of her own and at no charge to us. We got to see her facility, which is expansive, clean, and professional. I wish I had trained our dog better so that we could use her services. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring your animal here.
