Paradise Pet Salon

My dog came from the shelter 8 years ago. For 8 years i took my dog to Paradise pet salon, about 3-4 times per year. I was always happy with their service and prices. Since the ownership changed the prices almost doubled, however the haircut was good enough. We have noticed after haircuts my dog has had some problems, one time she was limping and now the last time she has damage to her eye, it was swollen and painful .We first thought she had some hair in her eye but at home we noticed swelling and bloody inside. We called for 3 days to the owner of the pet salon to ask what happened. We also tried to call our vet, but they were closed due to covid-19. We have tried our best to treat the eye with some medicine, its improved but still bothers her and she keeps her eye closed for 5 days.
