Lady at the front won't even acknowledge you. Not a hello welcome in, ill be with you in a moment. Stood there for 5 mins and no response while she was on the computer but looked at me multiple times. Not sure why she would be the face of the company with bad customer service. Looks bad on them.

Groot & I loved this clinic & staff. They definitely care about their patients & the people too. They were running a little behind, but I knew they were dealing with another animal who really needed their care & expertise. Once we were in the exam room - the techs & vet took their time getting to know my dog & address my concerns. We discussed natural & other ways to help my 1 year old great dane overcome his growing pains & skin issues. I look forward to bringing in my other dogs for such great care.

Charlie Brown and I recommend this Vet. They have answered all of my questions and listened to all of my concerns the last few months since I’ve had Charlie. Everyone there has always been so good and friendly to my baby. My kids also love going with Charlie to his visits. They get to ask questions and learn so much about the animals, their favorite part would be the stickers and the fish in the waiting room. Thank you ☺️

Being a K9 handler, we look for vets that accommodate working dogs that come with big personalities. I have found that exact match here and I couldn't be happier with the care provided. Each staff member took their time to allow my young working dog to adjust and overcome any uncertainty he was feeling. From the receptionist, to the techs, to the Vet, every single one was extraordinary with him. I'll be moving over the care for all of my dogs to this practice!
