Nice variety of pet options, from food to toys. Grooming available by appointment and they always take care of my baby. My girl gets her Mani/Pedi here and they trim the hair on her feet. A little spritz of foo-foo smell and she is beautiful.

If I could give no stars I definitely would!! Just left and yes it was about 6 minutes before they closed, I typically wouldn’t do that but it was for ONE container of worms for our beardie after I realized he didn’t have any. As soon as we walked in we politely told them we just needed one thing and both employees looked at us like we were insane and the gentleman literally rolled his eyes as obviously as he possibly could. We will never return and make sure all of our friends and family know how we were treated! I am so disgusted with those employees!!

The prices were reasonable; they used to have everything at inflated costs. However, when I observe the cat food priced similarly to that in a typical grocery store, PetSmart displays competitiveness and consideration for customer needs. The customer service was also quite satisfactory.

I've shopped there since it opened, but I will NEVER EVER shop at the Alvin Petsmart again. They outright tried to rip me off. I was simply swapping out 2 cans of dog food (that my dogs didn't like) for 2 different flavors, same brand, same price. They were among 15 cans that I bought 2 or 3 weeks back and since I got rewards points back, they tried to refund me only $5, and then make me pay the regular price of $7 for the replacements. All they had to do was an even exchange. If their system wouldn't allow it, the manager could have overridden it, I've seen them do it. This is extremely poor customer service on their part. They can even keep the $8 rewards that are on my soon to be former Petsmart app, as I want nothing more to do with them... 😡

EVALYNN is the BEST REGISTER PERSON in the store EVER! she is very pleasant and welcoming to the store every time i see her. AMAZING CASHIER DESERVES A PROMOTION. the STORE MANAGER GABBY is the SWEETEST and MOST HELPFUL manager i have ever come across in my customer experience years. BEST STORE MANAGER in the whole company, possibly in all companies ever, GIVE HER A RAISE ASAP PETSMART! AMANDA is the BEST GROOMER! very fast, efficient, TALENTED! all of her grooms are DAZZLING ✨ GIVE HER A COMMERCIAL/AD PETSMART!!! MATTIE is THE MOST AMAZING person AND QUITE GLORIOUS IN ACTION! her nail grinds are always met with smiles and LOVE to my baby dogs. AMAZING! ADDISON is the most AUTHENTIC bather IN THE STORE! she is unapologetically herself and IT IS QUITE SPARKLING! BEST PERSON! added photo of
