Alvin Animal Clinic

Don’t have much faith in the vets. Staff is kind and helpful but I question how much the drs know regarding exotic animals. Spent nearly $700.00 over a two appointment period and still had to go to another vet clinic and ended up having to put pet to sleep. I would not recommend Alvin Animal Clinic to anyone if you love your pets

I drive from Webster to bring our pets here! We typically see Dr. West and love her! We have a new dog and needed a last minute appointment and a second opinion. We saw Dr. Rodney this past week and was really happy with the service! Dr. Rodney was knowledgeable and put us at ease! Dr West always does as well. The vet techs are always so sweet and always sure to give treats to the fur babies 🐾❤️

We had a great experience establishing care for our cat Luna. Ashley & Cassandra were very knowledgeable and had great table side manner. Dr Rodney was also wonderful and took her time answering our concerns/questions. They were up front & honest about the cost as well. They loved on our baby as if he was their own. I’m glad we chose Alvin Animal Clinic!

I will be giving them a bad review on this reason. I had my then 19 year old dachshund scheduled to be boarded here in 2023 because he had severe health problems due to age and I wanted to be sure he got the best of care. While I was away on my vacation and knowing he would be fine. I had his reservations scheduled 2 months in advance because boardings fill up very quickly. I dropped my dachshund off at the vet and down the road, I get a phone call from them stating that we didn’t tell the doctor about this and you can’t keep him here due to his health conditions. I scheduled the reservation 2 months ahead of time and you had plenty of time to inform the doctor about my dachshund’s conditions and the vet failed at doing so. I was forced to turn around to go get him and find another vet tha

Absolutely 5 stars!!! The vet techs to the front staff were all very attentive and supportive and gave the feeling they loved the animals and the work they do!!! A+ to Dr West and Dr Hoffpauir!!! Was able to see our dog right away... Diagnosis and surgery was fast and efficient..would 100% recommend!!!
