Pampered Pups Grooming

Our pup Ollie has anxiety and he was nervous when I dropped him off at his first appointment. Since then, he gets so excited whenever we take the ride to go see Allie! Allie is the sweetest. She’s professional, considerate and you can tell she’s passionate about what she does. When I pick Ollie up, his hair is so soft and shiny. He smells delicious and his nails are clipped just right. Of course, he loves his little bib that Allie gives him at each appointment. It’s a nice touch that we haven’t experienced with other groomers. Ollie was not as comfortable with his last groomer, as he is with Allie. She cares about all her pups and she treats them like they’re her own. I know he’s in good hands when we leave him there. I have been consistently bringing my Husky Doodle to Alli for well over a year now and it has been hands down the best decision I’ve made when it comes to his grooming! He sheds so much and his fur grows so quickly ( and so thick!!! ), and Alli has helped maintain his coat so incredibly well. Her space is so clean and welcoming - you can tell she puts her all into her space and her work! My pup always feels SO soft and smells SO good after his appointments - and not to mention he looks amazing every single time! Alli really takes the time to further her education in her industry to offer only the best services and products to her clients and their pups! I cannot recommend Pampered Pups enough!! 10/10 every time!!!

I personally have been taking my pup (Dax) to Ali for almost 4 years now. When I first brought him he was not a fan of being groomed at all, but with time, patience and love Ali has become one of Dax’s favorite people. As soon as we walk through Ali’s doors I feel everyone’s tails are wagging! Not only does she have the cutest salon, she has the most genuine personality and that resonates to everyone who’s there. I trust her with my pup and I know when he’s with her she gives him the best treatment possible, and when he’s not having a good day she honors that and somehow still makes him look and feel like a brand new dog. As a very anxious dog mom, it’s so important to me that Winston is treated with patience and kindness. Alli goes above and beyond every single visit. She takes her time, makes sure he’s comfortable, and he always comes out looking perfect. Her calm, patient approach has made grooming stress-free for both Winston and me. OMG! I don’t even know where to begin. Kaylee was sent from heaven to me. For starters, I loved the reminder texts they sent. It was very helpful. The communication from the staff was not too much but enough to help me every step of the way from the booking process, explaining everything to expect in the appointment, to the professional and super friendly behavior, the exceptional service, and most important the way they listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable enough to leave my baby in their care.
