Rune 🐕 had the best first puppy exam at Bay Road Animal Hospital. The staff and Dr were very friendly, took their time listening to our concerns, and intentional while setting up a medical plan for Rune. The new facility is very nice inside and clean. The receptionists are caring, responsive, and patient. The prices are some of the lowest within an hour radius of Queensburry. What a lovely animal hospital!

Dr Hunnicutt and Staff are Awesome. All the staff members are always very kind, gentle, and supportive. Dr Hunnicutt is very thorough and takes his time to explain and offer you all the treatment options available. I always leave satisfied that my pets get the best possible treatment. When I made this appointment, I was very scared that I was going to have to rehome one of my dogs. The staff at BRAH was so patient with me and my Whiskey girl. Dr. Hunnicutt is just an amazing human! There was an opportunity for one with lesser morals to take advantage of one who is desperate and scared. But Dr. Hunnicutt (true to form) showed up with his heart on his sleeve, and suggested other options. I can't say enough just how much I appreciate and adore you all. Thank you❣️

After a handful of negative vet experiences throughout the five years I've owned my cat, we've both grown nervous of vet visits. On my search for finding "the best vet," I came across Bay Road Animal Hospital. After reading many glowing reviews about Dr. Hunnicutt and his team, I had felt in my heart that my search was finally over. From start to finish, our visit was an absolute success. The receptionist was incredibly kind. She did not make me feel judged for having concerns about my cat or my "better safe than sorry" philosophy. They were able to schedule a same day appointment.
