I had a bad experience with a very young male/female couple and the female decided to slander me, a lot, on Google, FB etc. and made up tons of horrible things and had friends/family, who I'd never met, do the same. If you read the reviews, you will see the inconsistencies and things that just don't seem right. This was all kind of a traumatic experience for me. I have reported it twice to Google but no action was taken. I do not advertise because my business has done well from word of mouth referrals. What she, and the others, had said about me is not true. I stopped seeing Mrs. Jill a few years ago. I felt some of her ideals we're not fit for my family or me. She spoke to me as if I were less than her, which I figured she must have personal issues. When the constant attitude and rude messaging continued, I decided to schedule my final appointment with her. When my dog came back to me, she was dripping with water, still had clumps of hair coming off of her, and her nails were never trimmed. She barely cared for my baby who is sadly not with us anymore. She grooms out of this place and her home in westville. She trapped my King Shepard in cages and spaces much too small for him with the promise that it would get better over time. Known to be not so kind to animals do not recommend. They do not care about your animals safety have never had a good experience and had a friend who suffered an unforgivable experience with them.
