My children have all received care at this facility. The front desk staff is excellent, the assistants are caring, and the doctors are both knowledgeable and efficient. What more could I ask for? Furthermore, as a special accommodation for my baby Molly, we are permitted to enter through the back door, minimizing disruption to the waiting area. Lawrence Shapiro

For the past few years, we’ve been using this facility solely for grooming (this is NOT a review of their veterinary services, as we go elsewhere for those). We have never had an issue until this past appointment, but now, we will not be returning. Several weeks ago, we had an appointment to have our dog groomed. My husband went to drop him off and was told that the groomer couldn’t come in due to the snow. We understood, the weather had been bad over that weekend and things happen. It would have been nice had the office itself communicated that as soon as they were made aware, but they waited until my husband was in the building to tell him. It was irritating, but it happens. All creature features are very understanding and caring, patient !in my opinion you couldn't ask for any one person that cares more about animals than they do. The facility is very clean and cozy makes you feel very comfortable while waiting they treat you like family

I have a VERY friendly 80lb golden retriever and Dr. Pinks is an excellent doctor. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Other vets I’ve been to have made me feel embarrassed with how my dog is not the “perfect” well behaved boy. They love my fur baby just as much as I do. Dr. Pinks takes time to answer questions and explain anything. I would recommend them to anyone.

We inherited an indoor cat from my son that joined the service. She went once to a vet that is not open now, but that was years ago. She became more noticeably sick after Thanksgiving and I finally had to find a vet to look at her. All Creature Feature Animal Hospital got her in the same day I called, even though they were booked. So professional, so compassionate, caring.5 stars for sure!
