It was comfortable. Nyx was demonstrative ( the little snot). They were welcoming to our Family with understanding that we are a Pack. Separating one to draw blood or for shots stresses the one and others. We do understand that there are times ( surgery ) when separation must occur. Generally we do things to the Girlz convenience not a Humans. We are grateful that La Porte Animal Hospital understands this also.

I recently took my dog here, and from start to finish it was an amazing experience. The front desk staff were great over the phone and in person. I was seen right away. The technicians were friendly and great with my dog. The vet was very kind, he knew i had a budget and stayed within that, was very mindful and inclusive about what we added on any procedures that would impact the overall cost, and although my dog is elderly and is starting to need advanced care he was straightforward and caring in his feedback. This is not the closest vet clinic to where I live, and I am gladly going to drive out of my way to bring my dog back for future visits. 10/10, no complaints, perfect score.

They were all so great from the phone call to the nurses and the dr. I had to unfortunately put my dog down and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. They made it such a smooth process and were so caring through it all. It’s a hard decision to make but knowing he was always gonna suffer I knew it was better for my Oscar boy to be put down than be in pain every day. I will never take any animals anywhere else but here. The dr was honest and caring and reassured me the whole time that I did what I could and made the right moves. So thankful for them they even sent a very nice card with personal messages from everyone there. 10/10 would recommend you take your babies here I’ll never use anyone else but them !!

This place has my business for life. What they did for me is well beyond what they had to, and im so very greatful. I cant say thank you enough to them. Staff and vet are super friendly and knowledgeable. My kittys have found a new vet. Absolutely amazing clinic. Thank you!

Fantastic staff and Vet!, Gilbert actually liked going to the vet for once. He really liked the vet and that is very unusual for him. He has been through a lot in his life. The staff is fantastic , very attentive and he ate all that attention up. The service level was extroidnary. This will be our vet going forward, I highly recommend them!
