Dr Johnson and the rest of the Northshore family are always a pleasure to work with and have helped us navigate our care with our elderly dog Gigi and our cat Kitty. Gigi has had health issues over the years and making the switch from our previous clinic to here really has been wonderful. Gigi has always been treated with kindness and compassion from the staff, and we appreciate the help. All of the staff are very welcoming and supportive, and get to the bottom of problems. Gigi was always excited to come here, for attention and pets of course! Thank you for taking care of her and for continuing Kitty’s care as well. Our two old ladies really appreciate it, as do we.

The vets and other professionals at this animal hospital are the best. They're incredibly kind and caring, and genuinely care about the furry babies they handle. My Lily was diagnosed with Lymphoma last year and they helped me through the whole process. They helped her feel comfortable and made sure she had the best care possible to help her fight. When she passed, they reached out with a very personal message. It made me feel like Lily was more than a number, she was a special girl. Ill always be grateful for them and will always bring my pets here as long as I live in Knoxville.

Northshore animal hospital has been our vet for around 5 years now. They have been respectful, helpful, and a joy to work with. Their staff is always happy to help, the vets are knowledgeable and friendly and they go the extra mile to make sure both you and your pet are comfortable with any treatments.

I'm beyond grateful finding this place. Usually I'm quite hesitant to go to vets. Most the time I leave the place feeling irritated and upset. Dr. Shambeau, had caught many things previous vets don't even mention. She was very through. Her positive demuner helps alleviate any concerns when she walks into the room. With an older puppy, it can be quite emotional and I can't thank Dr. Shambeau enough for letting me leave with a peice of mind and feeling like a good pet owner.

We took in our pocket beagle, Rayna Jaymes, for a checkup and for information about removal of a lump on her chin. Upon arrival we noticed how clean and calming it was. We were placed in a room immediately with a vet assistant and within minutes Dr Cassidy came in to evaluate our baby and she was so amazing with her. She explained the procedure that needed to be done so clearly and the different options. We had no hesitation to book her surgery for the following week and have found our forever home for all of our fur babies.
