Had gotten a failed feeder rat (In Fort Collins) It was later in the evening and I had a rat pup I couldn't care for, Northern Exotics was super responsive and gave me a couple pinkies in exchange for the failed feeder! They opened their doors and helped me out when no one else could. Highly recommend them and will most definitely be back for feeders instead of going to Colorado! Super clean store and extremely helpful and compassionate owners!
