Prairie Hills Animal Hospital

Everybody here is absolutely amazing. Genuinely the best care I could ask for for my pup. We couldn't find anyone in town that was able to take on the complexity of my pups accident, Prairie Hills took her on and got her scheduled quickly AND on short notice! They are confident and knowledgeable in what they do. Dr. Staples and her team know what they are doing and they treat her so nicely. Treats while getting bandage changes and being taken outside multiple times a day. Progress photos, filling prescriptions quickly, appointment reminders, these guys provide everything you need. I am so thankful for them and will absolutely be trusting them with all of my pets needs. We went through 3 (soon to be 4) holidays, and her custom bandages for each holiday were adorable and just some brightness

In November, I boarded my dogs with them and I wasn’t sure how long I would be gone so I kept changing the days and they were very accommodating. My dogs had their 6 day stay and they were given a complimentary bath for a 5 day stay. I really appreciated their professionalism and they updated me every day with pictures and details about their stay. I was super happy with their guest service and facility overall! Shoutout to Natalie! You’re amazing.

We’ve never had a bad encounter here! I have 2 crazy obnoxious dogs and all the staff still loves on them and they sure love all of the staff. My dog starts whining as soon as we get close to the vet. Thanks for always taking such good care of our doggos.

I would like to preface this review with we have been a faithful client of Dr. Barker’s since she was at her former practice. Her bedside manner is not like any other I have experienced. She has taken care of my rats, cats, and dogs. And every last one of them she treated like her own. She has been with our family for some very challenging and difficult decisions. She has never forced her Opinion on us, but she has made Appropriate suggestions. I have learned through the years that it is not about the price of care you pay for, it is the quality of care you pay for. My greatest wish is that people could see and understand the general cost of care. If I had any concerns it would only be the cost of medication from their pharmacy, however, they have always been amenable to sending a prescrip

We absolutely love Prairie Hills for our fur babies. Our two kitties, 14 year old senior dog and two month old puppy get such excellent care. Dr. Barker discovered things with our senior that four other vets over the years never told us or found. She can finally live out her golden years in comfort which is all we want and she deserves. Can't recommend the Prairie Hills team enough. Very professional and they do care. ❤️
