Cheyenne Dog Food Company has been such a blessing to our family. Our dog, Marley, has been groomed by Jessica for the past two years, and we have always received nothing but exceptional service. Jessica is gentle, patient, and incredibly skilled — Marley adores her, and we always know he’s in the best hands. Recently, our family went through some difficult times, and the compassion shown by the staff went far beyond anything we ever expected. Our situation had nothing to do with grooming or shopping, yet they offered us kindness, grace, and genuine care. I truly love this place, The staff is always friendly and happy always willing to help you out to pick out the right dog food that you need for your pet. Very, very knowledgeable on their pet supplies. I go every month to get my dog food and I get Both of my boy golden retrievers bathed. My Golden Retrievers Love going in there every month. I highly recommend this place and I tell everybody I know to go there.

Update Jan 2026- Absolutely worth checking out! Received call when order arrived. Drove 5 hrs there and was worth it! Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Friendly animal atmosphere. Honors Veteran's and their spouses. She even brought out my order and loaded for me even tho I offered to do it! Very exceptional place of business!! I will be supporting Janessa's local owned pet store as much as I can. Highly recommend to go visit and look around if you haven't already. Outstanding customer service!! Just over the phone, the owner was kind and knowledgeable, and she referred me to another business closer to my location to avoid winter drive or expensive shipping costs. My dog has really bad allergies. We had tried so many different types of food and just didn’t know what else to do. I happened to stop in one day just to see if maybe they had different options. The owner was so knowledgeable! She talked me through a lot of different food options. She walked me through how adding supplements could help but for us to determine a food that works first before adding in more things. We have been a committed customer ever since! After years of trying to figure it out our dog is thriving! The owner is amazing! We always have a great experience! Atlas the cat is also pretty cool and my kids literally beg to go buy dog food so that they can pet him again.

The customer service is amazing! I brought my German Shepard in to get her nails trimmed the other day. It’s a stressful process for her and me. She can be reactive around other dogs. The employee was so accommodating, without me even having to ask or explain my dog’s needs. She offered to let us wait in my car until the groomer was available and made sure other dogs inside and outside the store were out of sight while we walked through. The groomer also did a great a job and my dog instantly warmed to her. Everyone was friendly and the entire process was painless thanks to the extra care the employees put in. It really made all the difference for my dog and me.
