This clinic charged me for an X-ray to count puppies even though they already had ultrasound records showing it was too early for it to work. I was not warned it would likely be inconclusive, and it showed nothing. The experience felt financially motivated rather than focused on proper care.

Absolutely awful establishment, the assistants seemed very interested in my dog's recovery but the vet? Dr. Alexander? Identified hookworms on the first round of testing, but for whatever reason kept suggesting more testing before running my bill up to 400$, asking if I wanted to pay for treatment or an x-ray to see if there was blockage, I said hookworms obviously thinking that the one issue that had been identified would be treated, however he skipped that, gave her fluids and 2 pills to make her stop vomiting, (might I add that they were in a bottle that claimed to include 4 pills) and made sure to tell me that they would make her feel better but they wouldn't actually make her better. They were nice while we were there, the wait time took forever but otherwise was good. They put my dog on heartworm meds that he needed, I asked if the meds had any side effects. They told me he would have a slight stomach ache, come to find out that specific medication causes behavioral issues and aggression. Now we have to put the dog down because they didn't tell us to not play with him, he bit a family member. We have to kill a good dog because the vets didn't tell us this info.

We are so happy we found this vet clinic! Our goat that we had purchased the weekend before had a bad eye infection. We live about an hour away, but couldn't find anyone near us that would see our goat on a Saturday. The staff here was very kind, caring and professional. It is so convenient to be able to just walk in, even though there might be a little bit of a wait you know you can get in same day and the staff was definitely worth the wait. I didn't even ask about pricing when I called because I knew our goat really needed to be seen but when checking out, the bill was much less than I expected for the quality of care we received! Although it is an hour away, this is going to be our new vet clinic!

Great veterinarian, but please wear a mask if you are sensitive to mold. I went into a treatment room and every time that I took a breath, my throat got a weird burning sensation. After a while, I looked up and there was BLACK MOLD all over and around the A/C vent! I feel sorry for anyone working there because that is extremely unhealthy to be breathing in.
