Dr. Jamie and her team are wonderful. Professional and caring. They take good care of my girls. My pooch developed IVDD and they are bringing her back to her old self, including cold laser treatment.

The staff is very caring here. My cat had a procedure done and she’s doing very well. They kept me updated along the way and were very open and honest.

We recently lost our 13 year old dog last week. He was a patient of North Augusta Animal Hospital. We couldn’t go there to say our final goodbyes, we had to go to the emergency clinic due to the hour. We received a condolences card from North Augusta Animal Hospital today. It was a complete surprise and a reminder that they truly do care about our furry children. We will continue to use them purely based on their kindness. They didn’t have to send us this card but they chose to and that means the world to us. Thank you again.

Worst experience ever my 18 week old puppy was seen by them due to a third eyelid (cherry eye) Vet recommended surgery. Surgery was scheduled for September 23 2025 at 8am. The day is here and I drop her off I knew something was sketchy when there was no waiting room you had to park in the parking lot and call the front desk for help well I take her in without saying goodbye they take her to the back it's 2:30 pm and haven't herd from the vet so I start to worry when I receive a call at 2:36 pm to tell me that they had an issue while attempting to do the anesthesia and that my puppy had went into cardiac arrest she goes on to tell me that she is stable and recovering normal so I asked can she go home and she states -her recovery now appears to be as expected if all had been normal, but she

We moved here about two years ago and the first thing I wanted to do was find a vet I loved as much as our last vet. I scoured through review after review and ended up going to North Augusta Animal Hospital. The first appointment we had, we let them know our dog does best if one of us was with her and they were so quick to help us and her our and let us go in, although they weren’t generally doing this at the time. The techs were so kind and showered my pup with treats and pets and kindness, letting her feel more comfortable with them. She gets very nervous in situations such as these, but she is more at ease here than at any other vet we have ever gone to. This is the absolute best vet in our area.
