My husband & I recently moved to Cheyenne & our little Yorkie was in dire need of a shave due to severe matting from his winter sweater. Even though they were booked solid, they were able to slip him in! They were wonderful with my 11 yr old little man! Solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our purebred Golden Shih-Tzu, "Bronco" loves everybody there, and if he loves 'em, must be the place to go. The gentleman there (can't remember his name) he has long hair and a tattoo, he does an EXCELLENT job, likes Bronco, on time, no excuses, and treats Bronco very well.

We just moved to Wyoming and I was in need of a groomer for our dog. I was impressed with the customer service to not only me, but my dog. They took time to ensure he was comfortable and not stressed for his first visit. We have scheduled appointment #2 🐶😊

I have a black chow chow that can look like a gorilla when he is needing groomed. They are patient and kind with him. He is happy to be there and does a good job even though a chow can be stubborn. I am so happy they are good to him and he looks so amazing and fresh when they are done. This place is amazing to their clients. I am so grateful!

They don’t know how to groom a double-coated dog properly. Whoever did my dog destroyed his guard hairs and they are not growing back. I reached out to them to discuss, but never heard back. Unacceptable, in my opinion.
