Nature's Pet Market Ashland

Had a blast bathing our pups without having the mess in our bathroom at home. The raised bath and ramp helped with the usual after bath back pain too. We had four options of high quality soaps that mix into the perfectly warmed water spray nozzle, making cleaning a breeze. We were given towels as well as an air dryer to use. The staff was friendly and the store had all we needed for after bath treats. Thank you for providing such a great service!

I've had two wonderful experiences here. The first time I came to browse. A staff person gave me cat food samples my cat loved. The second time I came up from Mt. Shasta and got delayed. I called and asked if someone could be there after open hours and Sarah stayed till 530 on a Sunday. Thank you Sarah and Nature's Pet Market.

It was nice. First visit with new adopted baby. Got some of what needed. Prices are a bit HIGH on stuff I’d like to get.

I am new to the area. Great shop that carries quality pet products. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Also incredibly generous, when they didn’t carry an item I was looking for the woman behind the counter looked it up and told me of another shop in town that might carry it. Never in my life have I experienced that type of customer service, to lead me to another store. That shows a level of competence, security, and trust. Even though they didn’t have the product I was looking for they still wanted to help, for that alone I returned the next day to buy some items. Looking forward to making this my local shop for pet products!

I never in my life had service like this in a pet shop. Beth came over to us immediately and helped fit our dog with a high-quality halter. She was so gentle and kind with my nervous dog and definitely was an expert in all of the products in this store. Nature’s Pet has a wonderful and unique selection of products and the best customer service you can imagine.
