Thank you so much for getting our girl Georgia in through urgent care saving me an expensive emergency vet visit because our normal vet couldn’t fit us in. I appreciate your kindness through the whole process and being understanding and not judgmental when we had to pair down a few services to keep the cost more affordable. The communication was great and I felt comfortable and confident that Georgia was in good hands. Georgia means the world to us, thank you for taking such good care of our girl!

A great location tucked away off of Ashland Street, with a cute waiting room sectioned off for cats and dogs, me and my furry friend felt very comfortable. They are able to get me in very quickly through urgent care appointments and have been great with following up on our visit. Much gratitude to the entire staff for providing a safe and healing space for our beloved pets. 🙏

My vet in northern CA was unable to see either of my cats on 2 occasions so we drove up to Ashland and the BCAC where they could see us for an urgent care appointment. Both visits we had really professional and compassionate care from Dr. Ema and her staff and now I wish I lived closer to this clinic. I can’t say enough good things about our experiences here. Exceptional!

Dr Church was very attentive and thorough in her examination of Capone. She explained his diagnoses in detail and gave multiple treatment suggestions that would work best for our dog. Dr Church is very compassionate and has a great energy with animals and their owners. She's highly recommended.

I’m so grateful for everyone at this office. Like most people, I see Jack as a special part of our family. I want him to have the best from a caring office that understands his specific situation & needs. You are all so kind, understanding & knowledgeable. Thank you for that! We’ve been to another vet & stayed because we believed the costs were a primary factor. At the time, the office was so busy, it was standing room only. We stayed for a few years, the staff was kind. Mostly. Jack had an experience there when he was a year old, we should have left immediately. Once it became clear that situation wasn’t a one off, we did leave.
