After reading reviews and having a few friends recommend this groomer we gave them a shot. We’ve used Larissa with Petsmart by Target a few times and she’s always done a fantastic job. But this time around since we got off the waitlist for natures emporium we thought they had to be best of the best! We were wrong. I requested a puppy cut with a shaggy face. It took almost 4.5 hours to groom our dog. When I went to get her she was shaved almost naked pictures for comparison. Was told they couldn’t get a brush through her “matting”. I will say I know she had some mats around her collar area and where her harness goes but it has never been a problem for other groomers they also can groom our dog in half the time. They have great prices on food and toys. Good selection of bones and bulk treats too! Gifts and outdoor (yard) items aswell, but a great selection of items for both cats and dogs.

I opened and found mold on my dogs bone just one day after purchasing and I could not get over the smells of urine in certain areas of the store and there are dog waste bags in the parking lot and this place seems to be getting worse over the years I don’t get the assistance I used to and the only thing this place has going for it are the donations but I think I will find a more trustworthy source from here on out will definitely be taking a better look regardless.

Terrible atmosphere & wondered forever with no assistance offered. Simply won’t shop here again. Lots of items in the gift area covered in dog hairs 😳
