Loved everything about this place! It’s a small shop, so the attention is always focused on helping customers. While I was there, everyone was getting great service, the staff was so attentive! I absolutely love it, my new favorite spot to shop for my pup!

Wonderful store at a perfect location. A hawk flew into the store and was badly injured; the staff were INCREDIBLY compassionate and helpful to the poor thing, which eventually safely made it out. They even have Jewish-themed pet clothes, which is a rarity here in Nevada. Excellent place with awesome staff.

A great local pet store with a wide variety of food, treats and toys. They have everything your pet could want and then some. The staff is always welcoming and helpful.

I've been in the store off and on for about 20 years but really only bought just a few things. Today I went in because I have a toy poodle that has gastric digestive issues and wanted to check into some specialty foods. The store manager James came and helped me. First of all, what a nice gentleman. I would be glad to have him as an employee in my business. Very professional, gave me some samples to try before I bought. He made me feel very comfortable and wanting to return as a regular customer. These days customer service is so lacking in just about every business. I'm so glad to see it hasn't left this store. Great job!

I want to thank the people that work for the store for all the help they’ve given me and how they have provided me with the necessary items that I have special ordered. They have gone above and beyond they are always so friendly. They are always so helpful. I just want you to know how appreciative I am, I highly recommend if people need to find a great store to supply food and other items for their pets to give this company A try, you will not be disappointed.
