Mutts N Shaved Butts

I asked for a Yorkie cut, shorter body with a teddy bear face. I definitely did not get that. Her hair on her face and head is extremely short and choppy. I will not be coming back here. I paid and added the tip which came out to $75 before I even saw what she looked like, and I regret putting a tip or paying that much for this haircut as she does not look good at all. My dog is 9 years old and has had PLENTY of haircuts, and this is by far the WORST haircut she has gotten. Not only that they did not buff her nails at all after cutting them which made them extremely scratchy. Before and after picture is attached.

I cannot recommend this groomer enough to you with pets! I’ve taken my boy there for a few years now and I never once walk away disappointed. Shelly always has such a gentle and positive attitude and always speaks encouraging things about my pup. This was my pup at his haircut today:) Every time I put him into the car to get his hair cut, he already knows where he’s going and he gets so so excited every time. Thanks for taking care of my dog so well!

No words...I have used her twice for grooming my Bernedoodle she never gave me a heads up that the price increased... $120 first time then $140 next time which was based on 'conditions ' Then she lied about doing a pre accessment of his coat and condition of it. When he was dropped off a gentleman came out asked if he peed and took him back. I also noticed a change in my dog's behavior after he returned from getting groomed. Cowering, not eating, acting restless and whining. She mentioned he was wild, wouldn't listen, pooped twice and she had to give him an "extra" bath ($30). Something about that doesn't make sense as she had groomed him before and never mentioned this temperament and is certainly out of character from his normal behavior. Not EVER trusting my dog in the hands of this

LOVE this place and will always use this place for my dog. BUT I just want to give a friendly reminder to staff to not put doggies collars on too tight.🫶🏻 our dog had a shock collar and so it has two inserts on it that sit on the dogs skin. We noticed when she got home she kept scratching her neck and thought maybe it was just cause of a new hair cut. She kept doing it days later so then I thought maybe fleas. During the night last night she was scratching her neck so much I took her collar off and a horrible wound came from her collar because it was on too tight. She had two holes in her neck that were red and bloody. She just got back from the animal emergency hospital to treat the wound. It's my fault for not checking her collar after her grooming appt. But also, just want to give the s
