Mud Bay

Lately I’ve noticed employees seem to be not as happy or inviting as my past visits. Not as interactive as in the past a feeling of being avoided. I had some pumpkin additive ordered since they ran out. While checking out new gal asked if I was buying whole box since it was special ordered. I wasn’t aware that if special ordered (I bought several)was asked if I was going to buy it all to put on hold or they’d put on shelf. Was appreciative she gave me the choice tho due to special ordered. What’s up with that? Does employee get reprimanded if special ordering for customers? Hopefully employer is caring for them and there needs plus their customers. I noticed a big employee turn over hopefully getting along with senior staff. Otherwise a great place to shop with an awesome line of products,

I typically go to scholls ferry mud bay but I was super busy today so this mud bay was close by. Came in with my dog and none of the employees look happy at all. Nobody greeted me nor my dog. I've never been to such a depressing mud bay before. I have to call out mud bay scholls ferry because everyone there is so hospitable, they greet you with a smile and ask if you need help. Ill never go to this mud bay again. Go support mud bay scholls ferry all the way. They have a great team!!

Very friendly staff that goes above and beyond! My partner and I were asking about switching to a raw food diet for our puppy. The staff was very friendly and informative and gave us some paperwork to take home with more information and benefits of raw food. Excellent clean food options available. My dog loves the treats they have too! One of the staff members also helped me pick out a harness that would fit my dog. Since I had my puppy with me they were able to help me try on a few different options. The best service I've ever had at a pet store! They have earned a repeat customer in me!

A great place to grab gear for your fur baby. As a dog parent, I am pleased with the selection of canine supplies they have and I’ve noticed they also carry brands or items not always found at the other chain stores. Further, the staff is always friendly and eager to help. I also feel the prices are on par with other pet shops.

I thought "it is just a pet food store" so I didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised! Amazing, knowledgable, friendly service. I needed raw, pure meat cat food and some dry crunchy cat food, two specific brands, and my helper person knew exactly where both products were. She asked me several questions about my car and added a couple excellent recommendations. To top my visit off, she gave me some samples of cat treats for free! Needless to say, my cat loved them. Great prices, same or better than the last store I frequented. Highly recommended.
