RD gave me the tools for a healthy, happy, and safe dog! My sweet dog, Herman, was almost a year old before we found RD. He'd had me training him the basics, just not consistently, but my goal is to travel full time - I needed a better communication method for us. RD taught us how to talk to each other. After a few short sessions, he and I are off to the races! It's been a couple months since we've seen RD and I'll tell you that Herman is more confident, we have a great bond, he's wonderful off leash, and the big test of having his cousin, the cat, come visit went amazingly well!!! He's already a happier, safer version of himself. Thank you, RD!!!

We truly cannot say enough good things about RD and In Home Dog Training. Our miniature schnauzer had severe reactivity issues. He would bark and completely lose control at the sight of any human or dog, no matter how far away. We spent thousands of dollars and countless hours working with a veterinary behaviorist, trying different medications, hiring multiple private trainers, and doing structured socialization. Nothing made a difference. RD was our last hope. We started with two home sessions, then committed to the board and train program. The results have been nothing short of life-changing. RD delivered far beyond what we thought was even possible. Our dog now goes on long walks, calmly passes other dogs, and can even move through crowded streets without reacting. The change in his b

RD is such an incredible dog trainer. Her ability to come into our home environment and assess our dogs’ behaviors and give us advice/homework is something you don’t find often!! She uses current and up to date dog training practices and has such great insight to each dogs personalities and what she thinks will work best for them. We have a German shirt haired pointer and she gave us fantastic advice on how to tire her out physically and mentally to improve her behaviors! She is also very realistic with the mental effort and time it takes to train your dog and is very understanding that you’re not able to do training with your dog all the time. She has helped our 8 year old GSP become less reactive with our new 1.5 year old rescue GSP by giving us tips and educating us on why he’s being r

There is no better dog trainer than RD at In Home Dog! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and tailors each lesson to your dog's needs. She ensures you are getting the maximum amount of value for each session. I love how she gives reasoning for each training tip and infuses dog psychology into it as well. We not only did weekly training lessons, but also sent our puppy to the Board & Train, and she came back so well behaved!

RD was able to teach me the tools and the confidence to help my dog. I have a mixed breed lab St. Bernard questionable chow chow who was never aggressive. He suddenly became aggressive about 3 years ago and it’s gotten worse where he tried to nip my daughter’s friends and pinned down Neighbor dog. I had to start giving thought to the Possibility of him really hurting someone and the unfortunate result of that. Not only am I able to communicate and understand him better. Our little dog has also followed suit. Jasper had his last session with RD, although Work will always need to be done and training will always need to be enforced. We have Seen a huge improvement in his behavior. He’s way less stressed. He’s starting to care less about other dogs when we’re on walks and he even stays in his
