I won’t be using your facility. I’m not sure where the idea comes from that you’re entitled to a deposit before even meeting a new client, but let me be clear: your services aren’t so exceptional that you can justify turning people away before their animals are even seen. $50 might be nothing to you, but plenty of people are living paycheck to paycheck. Your policy doesn’t protect your time — it just blocks people who are trying to care for their pets. And let’s be honest: your rooms didn’t sit empty. You filled the spot or shifted things around, so the “deposit excuse” doesn’t really hold up. All I needed was a simple fecal test for my kitten, who may have worms, so I could keep her and my 14-year-old cat safe and healthy. Instead, I was told I had to pay upfront just to get in the door

My pup Dugan was operated on this past Thursday. At drop off Lisa covered all the details of what was going to happen that day and how I was going be informed. Upon discharge, Christy went over all my discharge papers thoroughly without skipping a beat. Not that I recommend not reading the discharge papers you absolutely should. However, Christy was so thorough that not one thing was missed. Dr. Boggier's staff is unbelievable. They're professional, courteous, concerned, helpful - they give their all to their profession. We are very lucky to have Mountainview Animal Hospital from Dr Boggier to the staff.

We recently rescued a feral kitten, Indie, who was in desperate need of immediate medical attention. From the moment we walked into Mountainview, the care experience was exceptional. Dr. Boggier and her team moved quickly to assess her, treating her for parasites and running disease testing right away. Because of a severe injury and infection, Indie required a partial tail amputation, and they made the decision to spay her at the same time. I was impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and how efficiently they handled everything to minimize her suffering and get her on the road to recovery. Jessie T. is an extremely patient person. It doesn't matter how many questions you have about your pet. She never makes me feel rushed! In addition, she has such a sweet personality! She makes each conversation I have with her very comfortable and pleasant. I think the entire staff at MountainView is wonderful and goes above and beyond. We are so incredibly grateful for the entire staff at Mountain View. Our dog Lily went there from a puppy all through the end of her life. Everyone loved her, cared for her, and fought for her. She was an insane puppy but had the most incredible personality. When we got our cats they helped us with the transition from just out pup to being a multi pet family. Dr. B is absolutely incredible, and her whole staff are fabulous. We're so glad that we got to share our smiling coonhound with such wonderful people.
