Dr. Jolly is a very knowledgeable and personable vet doctor. She was quick to diagnose Ginger's issue the she had wide spread cancer. She was sincener when talking to me about the diagnosis and the next days and hours that lye ahead. She called personally to give her condolensenses when Ginger passed days later. I have taken my animals to Mountainstone for over 5 years now and would recomend them over again.

Love Dr. Jolly! The whole staff are great with my two young dachshunds. They are both on meds that have helped with separation anxiety. I will never take my girls anywhere else.

The Vet, Dr Jolly, has been good but the receptionist, Kelly, is rude and unprofessional. When talking to the manager she still had an attitude and the manager just stood there and let her talk anyway she wanted. I called in a RX at 8:00 and was told I could pick it up in 15 minutes but when I got there 3 hours later it wasn’t ready and Kelly gave no apology exception would be a few minutes. When I asked about it not being ready she says ‘I Just told you it would be ready in a few minutes’ and I asked why I was charged if it wasn’t ready yet and she gets an attitude saying she can refund all the money. So she wants my dog to go without meds cause she has attitude and can’t apologize for the wait or give an explanation on Why it wasn’t ready.

Worse experience I have ever had with a vet. Was told on the phone twice I would be allowed to be present when my dog’s blood was drawn, a routine practice at my previous vet. When I arrived, I was told they don’t allow that. Explained the situation, the receptionist said again they don’t allow that, started rolling her eyes at me and laughing like I was an idiot. I said if I’m not allowed to be present, there’s no need to continue. Then the receptionist kept laughing and started waving while saying “see ya, goodbye!” People like this don’t need your money, go anywhere but here.

Awesome team from the front desk to the docs. We see Dr. Jolly now with our golden but have worked with all with our multitude of animals over the years.
