We Love Mt.Airy Animal Hospital!! It is very clean, the staff is friendly, efficient and warm, they are very organized, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Our Betty went in for a routine visit, she was fine and we left. 30 minutes later her face swelled up, her little soft muzzle was hard, so we rushed back. We were seen immediately, the staff and doctor were sincerely concerned and they were very thorough, watching Betty closely after an allergy shot and when she didn't impove, a steroid shot and another observation time. They spent alot of time with her.We think Betty was stung or bitten by a spider. We knew we were in Great hands, and Bett did recover. Responsive, kind, and knowledgeable! Our family had been going to the same veterinary hospital for many years but after we moved, we have tried a few veterinary offices in our area to attempt to find a match to the excellence we had received for our pets years prior, to no avail. We are so happy to have found Mount Airy Animal Hospital and are in the process of transferring our fur-family of 2 dogs and 2 cats over one by one! We have received only excellent, kind, and thorough care as well as timely responsiveness to any questions we have had. It’s so nice to find not only personable, caring, and knowledgeable veterinarians but also friendly, timely, and helpful support staff! The hospital is beautiful and clean, and exam rooms are a great size, all while also feeling cozy and comfortable

We came here by accident and ended up staying, changing from our local veterinarian to mount airy and Dr Sabrina Palm. Dr Palm and the staff are all very friendly receptive and helpful. Dr Palm researches everything and refers our dogs when needed. She’s extremely knowledgeable and has caught issues other veterinarians have missed or misdiagnosed.

Staff is friendly, and all the vets are knowledgable. They took their time with my new puppy to make sure she had a positive experience getting her puppy shots. They were ultra compassionate and kind when it was time to put my old dog to sleep. They even allowed my bird to be there with him as he passed, as his favorite past time was watching my bird. (He was a border collie). Highly recommend this vet.

Only giving 2 stars for the few staff that helped my puppy for an er visit. There are some awesome peeps there. But unfortunately my last experience was horrible and I will not be returning. Prices are insane, when I dropped off my daughter's pup for a stay the vet tech working that day handed me and estimated amount $1,400! Never in my dog career have I ever seen a spay that high. So I went through the estimate and there were several things on there I did not want or ask for and my daughter lives in PA so to have this happen took a lot of planning. So asking the vet tech if you could take some things off she continue to pressure me that my dog needed these things. That's all vets are today nothing but sales people! Then when I went to pick up the puppy it was $65 more because now my dog
