My baby got neutered here and i couldn’t have had a better experience! Everyone was super friendly and i could tell he felt comfortable, he lowkey didnt want to leave lol. He had a little bruising and they made sure to inform me and give me an ice pack to help which was really sweet. They also called to check in to make sure he was doing okay ❤️

Very positive experience! I took my cat Garfield in for vaccinations and was very satisfied with the care. Everything was handled in an organized and transparent way, with no pressure for unnecessary procedures. Clean, professional, and welcoming environment. I highly recommend it!

This experience was deeply disappointing and unsettling. My partner and I visited this shelter genuinely interested in adopting a cat or a dog as first-time adopters. From the beginning, the staff were passive, dismissive, and unwelcoming. There was no effort to explain the adoption process or help us feel comfortable asking questions. We were told that there were no cats available, and that only one dog could be viewed. However, while we were inside, we clearly saw cats present in the facility. When we asked about this, they simply said the cats were “unavailable,” without providing any explanation — such as age, medical status, or foster hold. Do not bring any dogs here if they resemble a pit or a pit mix. They euthanized a scared pitbull my parents brought in bc their personnel and vets were incompetent at recognizing that a dog needed special handling. My parents specifically asked them to contact them if no one claimed him. Instead when my parents called for an update, the shelter said they put him down bc he was aggressive. He was so scared! My mom asked why they weren't contacted, the woman said it's against their policy if they deemed the animal aggressive. He was not aggressive , they just didn't know how to deal with scared dogs!! The few days he was at my parents, he was nothing but sweet. He'd sit up against my mom's leg while she was cooking, protecting her. He'd cuddle next to us when we hung out in the living roo

Came here to adopt a cat or dog and had a terrible experience. Staff were rude, messy, and talked to me in an interrogating way. No explanation of the adoption process at all. They wouldn’t let me see all the animals — only whatever they decided to show me. Barely any time to interact or play, so how are you supposed to know if it’s a good fit? No visible sanitation or cleaning process. The place felt unhygienic and poorly managed. Would not recommend. Total waste of time.
