Iris Goldfarb is an amazing veterinarian. Prices are very fair. She will take the best care of your animals. I have been going to her for 40 years. She has always been there for my pets. Love her

New to CNY and so happy we ended up at Dr. Goldfarb’s office. What a kind wonderful doctor her assistant was as well. Cassie is so happy she has a new doctor and assistant she meows!

Called for information regarding an emergency euthanasia need for my 14 year old dog, literally right after my car got towed away following a breakdown. Her receptionist spoke to me like I was an idiot. Asked if he had a regular vet; I said yes and who. “Take him there.” When I said I had no vehicle to do that with because my car broke down when I was literally en route to do just that, she said “I don’t care. Take an Uber.” WOW. Just WOW. Unprofessional. Cruel. Nasty. If this is the representative this veterinarian has chosen to be the first contact for her practice, this tells me EVERYTHING I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT HER. Avoid this place with everything you’ve got. Dr. Goldfarb is a gifted veterinarian who absolutely loves animals and they love her.

Moments after my 1 star review posted, it was removed (possibly bc I posted with my maiden name?) I called to schedule an appt for my cat as a new patient. Previously I had an appt scheduled for my elderly dog for December 30th. My dog passed away on December 26th. I called (likely through tears) following his passing to cancel his appt and had left a voicemail to cancel the appt. I was told that they would not schedule my cat bc I was a “do not reschedule” for being a “no show” for my deceased pet. Additionally, the reason for the scheduled visit was documented incorrectly… to check his eye versus the reason I made the appt which was his coughing. Following me posting the review, the woman I spoke with called me back to clarify and justify their decision. I had been advised I coul
