This place is a BLESSING! Went to an event today where they were doing shots, microchips, and pet licenses for Minneapolis residents! I got there a little after 6 and didn't leave until almost 10. It was packed! But definitely worth the wait, everyone was so helpful and nice.. Such a good experience and a lot of help! Highly recommend

I adopted my cat Huckleberry from here almost a year ago. The prices are reasonable and the staff was knowledgeable. If you are getting a cat, make sure you have a vet check for FIV and leukemia ASAP. Having this test done will help you decide if your cat is right for you.

Thank to all the people who run the front windows. You all have been patient and helpful in helping me reunite with my 17 year old chichaua! Thank u to a worker there who's friend informed me he was there! Shows how committed you all are when your friends help! When I picked up my lost chichaua, the staff in back that take care of the dogs were just as amazing as the workers in front. I know it's not your policy to trim nails on the dogs but how kind you all were to do that for my 17 year old. Thank u! Bless every single one of the staff there, ALL pet owners, should be grateful that you are there to help with all the lost pets reunite with their owners or the ones that are being adopted. I contacted this place several times regarding a barking noise violation, and consistently didn’t receive follow up. I would have to reach out again and wait for days. There were random calls, but no concrete solutions. Months after the initial report, the issue is still ongoing, they knew what the issue was since the very beginning and told me that they would work on it, and now say it is not an “issue” after wasting my time for months. Completely disrespectful. I didn’t use any of my free time to report it just for fun, it was and it is an actual issue. Nobody is going to go and record for 4 hours in a row, for example, yes, it happens for multiple hours in a row. The experience was great when I went in for an adoption of a cat. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the animals in their care. Although the cat I wanted wasn’t available, I found an adorable cat named Magnolia. She aclamated to me immediately and she has a forever home ❤️
