We have a German Shepherd that was trained and have been long time customers of Metropolitan K-9. Greg uses positive feedback (treat reward) reinforcements for correct behavior. He taught us by demonstration and return demonstrations how to train our dog. Greg also gives you a detailed plan for referring to when you need help. Most importantly, they just don't drop you, once your paid training period is over. They are available via email or phone for consultation and will come back if you need further help. Greg is the best. I adopted a working dog a couple years ago, and once I started trying to figure out which direction to take with my new high-drive four-legged friend, Greg was the only one to return my call when other sport clubs and trainers were too busy to return a call or email. Turns out it was for the best- I've thoroughly enjoyed training with Greg, as has my dog. His training methods are updated and, most importantly, fun for the dog.
