Loved the store. Employees were friendly. Prices are high compared to Walmart or Family Dollar for food, treats and toys.

Very positive first visit experience today! Brought my 5 month old puppy in for his first grooming appointment. He is very timid and didn't allow Arlin to fully get the package done. I appreciate how they did not pressure him into getting anything done and simply did what they could to keep him at ease. They also gave me some tips and tricks for helping with the next visit experience. All the ladies in grooming were very sweet and helpful😁

Love this Petsmart my daughter & I volunteer here and the staff there and recuse workers that I've interacted with are always friendly and helpful. I didn't know if you buy a product and it don't work you can return .. that's awesome to know.. especially when you don't know what will work for your pet correctly.. definitely 10 ☆ 😊

Twice I have taken my dog here for grooming and both times they have not cleaned her ears or her glands. She was given a simple bath and possibly a brushing, although I paid for the package that includes all of that. The first time they took my dog back after I told them they were not expressed then tried to give her back to me with the drainage all over her back end, which smelled awful. I had to have them clean her again. The second time they told me that her vet would need to clean her ears and glands and refused to do it. It's not like you couldn't see the dirt in her ears, it was visible and easy to get to, so nothing so far inside her ears that requires a vet. I have heard groomers expressing glands from the outside only, but they did not even do that. Also, I witness a lady very unh

Good selection of live plants and fish! Although the stock on live plants is usually almost out. This is my tank that I built using only plants from PetSmart. (Keep in mind the plants are the only thing bought from PetSmart in the image)
