Banfield Pet Hospital

The Walmart of vets with super nice front desk staff. Took my 10 week old puppy here for his first exam and 5 in 1 shot. Talked to the vet tech, who was just okay. I told her I was testing this vet out to see if it was a fit. I wasn’t getting jammed into a wellness plan without having knowledge of how they operate. She asked if she could take my dog to weigh him in the back. Vet walks in 5 minutes later holding my dog said he “looks great and he had the shot” Like what? Let’s just say not a fit. AT ALL.i wish there were 0 stars! Big thanks to the front office young lady. You are a gem💙

I think that’s a one star due to the fact that the location or order this road inside the PetSmart no longer let you use their restroom . I was there with my aid which was eight months pregnant and needed to use the bathroom. They wouldn’t let me or her use the bathroom at all. This location needs to be restructure as soon as possible potholes in the parking lot you uncomfortable while waiting to see a doctor in the room seems like forever you spend more time with the tech than you do with the doctor or even if you see a doctor at all, but they always taking your dog to the vet to the back. They don’t never wanna examine your dog in front of you even though you requested. I prefer the mountain Road location is cleaner and the staff is much better but I love Dr. Machi she she’s a very good

Staff and doctors have always been wonderful with both us and our cats. Great care. Would not consider going anywhere else.

Very happy! Found a growth on my three year old dog. They talked to me with reassurance and talked me through the process of her growth removal. They did blood test & Benadryl shot now waiting for results. The vet and vet tech were very nice and informative. Clean, friendly and compassionate

I would give more stars to this Banfield if I could! I switched to this location several years ago looking for better care for my senior dog, Savannah, and I got exactly that. The vet tech staff and vets (shoutout to Dr. Bowers and Dr. Cotton) are absolutely amazing and really show that they care for you and your pet. Raising a dog from baby to senior is not easy but they helped me embrace all the changes that were coming our way and made sure to always make room for us on the schedule when emergencies popped up. I recently moved out of state and will miss taking Savannah here so much! I hope to find an office near our new home as great as this one. Thank you for everything! ❤️🐩
