Im very displeased with my service today. I called 5min before to let them know we were here for our appointment and the receptionist ask for our name and dog name then instead of checking before answering us the receptionist proceed to inform us that there wasn’t Any appointments under our name or our dog name….,then she finally seen our file and appointment for today. After the frustration of checking in We were finally seen by the vet my dog got his second shot that was due. the bill came and had a 2 week increase when they informed us the price three weeks ago that we would be paying less, I respect a stable price. I appreciate the Vet and the assistant that assist with our dog during our visit hopefully customer service improves. —Leo’s Family

Alpha Vet Center is the best! We have a Jindo rescued from a Korean dog meat farm. Because of his past, he is very shy and terrified of people, through no fault of his own. The doctors suggested a combo of meds that would relax our dog, and we gave them to him before our appointment. Our vet visit was the most positive experience ever! Dr. Burton and techs were wonderful and very gentle with him. They made our dog feel at ease and comfortable. He even took treats from them which he has never done with strangers. The exam was a success, and we are very pleased. As a former vet receptionist and retired groomer, I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Came in today for a dental exam for my pug! I found the staff to be very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Cox is very compassionate and I was extremely happy with today’s visit! My pug has found his forever doctor :)

They were very supportive and empathetic during a very difficult moment. The vet tech took the time to listen and seemed understanding and I didn't felt judge. The vet took her time to explain all the options and possibilities. They had very good "bedside manners". I highly recommend.
