I honestly don’t know that I have to words to appropriately describe the kind compassionate care that Dr Mills and the staff here have shown both us and Dalton. Finding them was an absolute god send for us. I’ve been to so many vets in various states and I can say these people genuinely care about the well being of every animal that comes in their door. I don’t know what we would have done without them this weekend. Priced reasonably for all services and willing and able to get us in last minute on a Sunday. Stellar unmatched service all around. I am so eternally grateful for this vet.

I witness the staff be very rude to a young women about pricing. That was my first time there and my last. They seemed more about the money than anything the woman was trying her best. She had $150 down and was needing to make payments on the remainder. The woman at the front desk was impossible to reason with:( If a business does not care about their customers I find it very hard that they genuinely care about their pet patients. You are either a compassionate person or you're not in my opinion. Without the customers there is no pet patience. Hopefully the staff will see these reviews and work on their professional skills.

Excellent service and pricing! They helped us with a senior euthanasia for our dog and then again with a cat emergency and spay. They put our pets needs first and gave them great care, saving our rescue cat. The Vet is very knowledgeable and kind. All staff members were great. The different days being open than a standard Vet and availability to text are accommodating. I highly recommend Mercy Now and will always be a return client!

Very upset with the staffing here there was two women at the front desk was very rude to me and my children. Then my dog came out and he had feces on his paws. He ended up peeing and pooping in the waiting room cuz he wasn't let out side at all which they admitted. The price was $212 and then she changed it to 106 and I asked her what would you charge me that other hundred dollars for and she couldn't answer my questions I will never take my animal there again

This place is amazing! They took care of my older boxer and got her back to normal. Everyone was fantastic and very friendly and really showed how much care they had for her and I. I highly recommend them for your animals needs. I will definitely be going back!
