We were very nervous about boarding our dog because we've never needed to before as generally we travel with our dogs or family watches them. Unfortunately that was no longer an option for us for a work trip so we found Meadowbrooke. Initially we said it would be just a one time thing and that after that we'd continue traveling with him. Well we've boarded our GSD mix here several times now and haven't had any problems at all. Our dog is a bit standoffish and slow to warm up to people, but they handled him with kindness and patience and now he genuinely likes all of them. His favorite employee, Jessica, is so kind and she was so sweet to send me pictures of him while we were away. Now when we travel I know that he is safe and in good hands.

Susie Stout has such patience and encouragement as she was training our Camille and Frannie! This was the first time our fur babies ever boarded too. They learned so very much! Susie sent us texts and videos of their progress. Susie took time to show us in person how to follow up at home with this training. We also had our fur babies groomed at Meadowbrook! They looked so chipper, crisp, and happy when we picked them up! We would give more than 5 stars if possible!

My Springer Spaniel came home from his two-week training with Susie S a changed puppy! He still has boundless energy and MENSA-smarts, but is so much more responsive and engaged as I work with him and channel his energy into something he and I can BOTH enjoy. I get so much satisfaction AND relief when he loose-leash walks next to me, sits or waits on command, listens and responds when I ask him to down/stay or come, all with a single request. It takes practice, but I quietly thank Susie just about every day for helping us get to a place where time with the dog is a joy!

Our dog Abby recently completed the 2 week board and training. It has made a tremendous difference in our dog and our lives! Abby is an 8 month toy size mutt that is incredibly sweet when she wants to be. However, she was also incredibly hyper, bossy, rude, unruly, ill mannered, and LOUD! Barking in our faces day and night. We were at our wits end when we discovered Ace and his team. Susie Stout was Abby’s trainer and she did an absolutely amazing job! We have finally been able to truly enjoy our time with Abby and she is much more content. We highly recommend Meadowbrooke Kennel. Their board and training program is worth every penny and well worth our time driving back and forth from Nashville. If you are reading this and undecided JUST DO IT….pick up the phone and call their awesome sta

I don’t trust anyone else with my four legged child! Jinx is my first dog I’ve ever needed help with training. She was loud, bossy, and spiteful. (Hound probs) a customer at my job recommended Meadowbrooke, after I was quoted over $4500 from another company. I was defeated with a 5 month old Catahoula that was destroying my house and my patience. Suzie has been an angel from the start. She has gone above and beyond from the start of our journey. She made me feel comfortable leaving my J for her board and train program, and the multiple times she has stayed for boarding. With Suzie, Jinx has done a full 180. She walks amazing on leash, listens to commands (sit, down, stay, place and heel), and is finally accepting the crate. I used to even have to leash this dog during dinner, no more. They
