I came to this vet clinic after moving to North Potomac for my newly adopted cat Cappuccino to receive a check up. I chose this clinic because it had such high reviews and now I can see why. All of the staff, from the front desk, to the vet, to the vet techs there are exceptionally polite and kind. They open doors for you, even if you didn’t interact with them during your appointment, just for the sake of helping. AND they DON’T overcharge! The vet recommended only what was necessary for Cappu at the time, categorizing his needs as non-emergencies and simply recommending a timeline for when I might address each item down the line. Even when I call the clinic with a simple question or to a schedule an appointment, they are amazing in even those minute interactions. Highly recommend!

I am absolutely obsessed with Maple Springs! I’ve been with them since I got my first dog in 2021. Even when I moved out of state temporarily, I couldn’t wait to come back—and I’m thrilled that we’re back in the area and back under their care. My dogs and I truly missed the staff and the incredible attention they give. They even get so excited whenever we pull up and go inside, which says everything about the care and love they receive here. The team has been amazing through so many situations. They helped Circe after a grooming accident with such gentleness and expertise. Bacchus’s neuter went seamlessly well, especially compared to the traumatic spay experience Circe had when we were living out of state. And right now, they’re being incredibly attentive and thorough in supporting Circe

Being a person who rescues dogs and cats, I normally don't use veterinarian because of the cost. So I take advantage of the shot clinic for vaccinations and spading or neutering at NNN therefore I do not have a price comparison. But, a few years back I had an emergency with one of my rescues and no local vet in Reading would take me because I was not an existing customer. Thank God for Maple Springs, they said to bring my pet right up and I've been going to them ever since. Even though the travel is further than I would like I could not ask for a more caring wonderful veterinarian clinic. They are the ultimate proof of caring about animals and not just money.

We visited Maple Springs Veterinary Hospital for the first time and were truly impressed by the outstanding customer service and the genuine care they showed for our pet. Dr. Sandra took her time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions and concerns. As new puppy parents, having guidance from a knowledgeable expert really gave us confidence and motivation to continue working with and training our puppy. We were also very impressed by the detailed follow-up email we received, which included a recap of everything discussed during our visit, such a helpful touch. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We’ve been going to Maple Springs for a year now and we have had nothing but positive experiences. They welcomed us and were so kind and supportive in answering all of our questions and providing education and recommendations the moment we brought our new puppy in! They have been patient and honest with any kind of question or concern from there on out. It’s typically quick to get an appointment and there’s never any wait times. they are respectful of all patients and families and even offer boarding services with some staff if wanted.
