Malibu Pet Hotel | Pet Boarding

Very accommodating to us and our cat. This was the first time using a pet sitting service. Now we have two kittens, Malibu stepped up and accommodated them as well. Place is clean and they all have a love for animals. We thought Caroline went way beyond what we expected even saying a few minutes after closing when we were late wanted to pick up our cat. Looking forward to going away knowing our cats will be cared for in a bright sunny room that they are allowed to wonder around separately a few Times a day......keep up the great work! I am sitting outside this place after leaving it. I had called this place, asked all my questions, got all the requirements met to bring my two dogs in. However, upon showing up to give them this information, the person behind the glass asked if I had a reservation before asking if she could help me. As soon as I said "no, but I..." she flips out and makes me run outside to get out, "youre not allowed to be here without a reservation" I go outside and as this is my medical service dog and legally allowed to be with me at all times, I'm full if anxiety. I look for a sign that reads STOP or anything that could make this my fault. I heard such good things about this place but after treating me like that, no thanks.

Boarded my Yorkie for the first time. The staff took amazing care of him! I wouldn’t hesitate to leave him again! Thank you Malibu Pet Hotel!

The only place and people I trust with my dog. She has a lot of anxiety and still loves the ladies at Malibu. They care for her needs and don’t make her uncomfortable in any way. She comes back happy and healthy. Lauren really goes above and beyond to make sure lulu is cared for like family. I always recommend this place to others if they plan to be away. Thank you Malibu!

Kept our little Scottish straight, Bella with them recently, & also our past but never forgotten Persian, Cookie from 15+ years ago. Both times they were treated like family, couldn't ask for better folks to look after our fur babies while away. From play time, to making sure they're properly fed, grooming all is taken care of. Even get to call or facetime them while your away which makes the distance somewhat better. Keep up the good work.
